Site plans for the financier's private tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this new image release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a key labelling various sections of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing congressional process.
